About the Role We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to support Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications in a hospital or integrated health system environment. Key Responsibilities • Support Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications • Handle pharmacy-related incidents, service requests, and application enhancements • Provide production support for pharmacy workflows • Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues • Support application testing and upgrades Requirements • Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification • 3+ years of hands-on Epic Willow application build and support experience • 3+ years of Healthcare IT or pharmacy systems experience • 3+ years supporting pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering, verification, dispensing, inventory, and medication administration • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and dispensing processes • Experience with pharmacy integrations, dispensing systems, and related interfaces • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills • Dual Epic Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory Certification • Pharmacist background • Willow Inventory experience • Pharmacy billing workflow experience • Experience supporting large, multi-facility health systems • Epic implementations, upgrades, and application optimization experience
