About the Role We are looking for an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to join our team. This role involves hands-on build and support of Epic Willow systems in healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory build and support • Ensure strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and inventory management • Support Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and production support • Handle pharmacy integrations, dispensing systems, and troubleshooting • Support hospital or multi-facility healthcare systems Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory build and support experience • Epic Willow Certification (Mandatory) • Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and inventory management • Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and production support • Hands-on experience with pharmacy integrations, dispensing systems, and troubleshooting • Experience supporting hospital or multi-facility healthcare systems Preferred • Dual Willow Certification • Willow Inventory experience • Pharmacy billing knowledge • Pharmacist background
