About the Role We are looking for an ETL Developer to join our team, specializing in IBM DataStage. This role involves monitoring and maintaining ETL jobs, managing job schedules, and providing production support. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain ETL jobs using DataStage Director and Operations Console • Manage job schedules using enterprise scheduling tools such as Zena • Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis • Optimize ETL performance through partitioning, parallel processing, and memory tuning • Support Finance and Regulatory Reporting workloads while ensuring SLA compliance • Collaborate with DBAs and upstream/downstream teams to maintain data accuracy and reliability Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on IBM DataStage development and production support experience • Strong SQL skills with Snowflake and Oracle databases • Experience in ETL performance tuning, job monitoring, and incident management • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes Preferred Skills • Banking and regulatory reporting experience (FR Y-9C, FFIEC) • Exposure to AWS or Azure data platforms • Experience with Control-M or similar scheduling tools
