About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with AI expertise to join our team in Chicago. This role involves testing complex data pipelines and validating data across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL/Data Testing with large-scale migration or re-platforming projects • Develop and execute test automation using Python and PySpark • Validate data across multiple platforms including Databricks, SQL Server, and Vertica • Evaluate AI and GenAI systems, including web testing • Test healthcare PHI data, including de-identified or synthetic data • Manage test strategy, risk-based coverage, and defect tracking • Lead testing efforts and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of ETL/Data Testing experience • Expert SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation • Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python Test Automation • Knowledge of Data Quality Frameworks: Great Expectations, dbt Tests, pytest • Experience with Multi-Platform Validation: Databricks, SQL Server, Vertica • Healthcare IT experience, including PHI data testing • Test Strategy, Risk-Based Coverage, and Defect Management experience • Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication skills
