About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable validation strategies for large-scale data migration or re-platforming programs. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Data / ETL Testing • Strong experience in ETL reconciliation and equivalence testing • Expert-level SQL skills, including complex validation queries • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks / PySpark • Strong Python experience for test automation • Experience with data quality/testing frameworks • Experience creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, and coverage models • Experience with PHI-scoped healthcare data • Experience with Azure Boards for defect management • Prior QA/Team Lead experience • Some exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM/Agentic AI testing Benefits • Competitive salary and equity • Remote-first culture • Health insurance and 401k
