About the Role We are looking for an ETL Tester with expertise in Databricks to join our team. This role involves testing large-scale data migrations and ensuring data quality in healthcare IT environments. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL/Data Testing with 10+ years of experience • Work with Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python • Conduct large-scale data migration and legacy-to-new pipeline reconciliation • Develop test strategies, risk-based coverage, and test automation • Implement Great Expectations, dbt tests, PyTest, or equivalent frameworks • Test healthcare data including PHI and de-identified/synthetic data • Validate across multiple platforms and manage defects using Azure Boards • Lead QA team and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of ETL/Data Testing experience • Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python • Experience with large-scale data migration and pipeline reconciliation • Knowledge of test strategy development and test automation • Familiarity with Great Expectations, dbt tests, PyTest • Healthcare data testing experience, including PHI • Multi-platform validation and Azure Boards defect management • Strong stakeholder communication and quality risk reporting Preferred Skills • Experience with Agentic AI, GenAI/LLM testing • Knowledge of MLflow, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases • Familiarity with Epic EHR, Caboodle, Clarity, ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC • Statistical testing, multi-tenant data isolation, SOLID, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
