About the Role We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester to lead testing activities independently for a leading banking client. This role requires taking full ownership of deliverables and managing testing projects with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities • Lead and coordinate multiple teams in an Agile environment • Manage functional and automation testing activities • Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure quality • Drive testing activities and project deliverables independently with minimal supervision Requirements • 7+ years of ETL testing experience with strong ETL testing knowledge • Experience leading teams and handling multiple teams • Good knowledge of Salesforce, SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Loyalty Management, and Data Cloud • Strong SQL and Azure knowledge • Ability to write complex SQL queries • Experience with Python, Pandas, and Playwright • Hands-on experience with SSMS and SQL Server • Strong QA knowledge and experience in functional and automation testing • Experience working on Agile projects • Proven ability to take ownership of team deliverables • Ability to drive end-to-end testing and manage project activities independently
