About the Role We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with AI expertise to join our team in Chicago. This role involves testing large-scale data migrations and re-platforming projects with a focus on healthcare data. Key Responsibilities • Perform ETL/Data Testing for large-scale migration or re-platforming projects • Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation • Implement test automation using Python and PySpark • Conduct legacy-to-new pipeline equivalence testing • Validate data across multiple platforms including Databricks, SQL Server, and Vertica • Evaluate Agentic AI and GenAI systems, including web testing • Test healthcare PHI data, including de-identified or synthetic data • Develop test strategies and risk-based coverage plans • Manage defects using Azure Boards • Lead testing efforts and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of ETL/Data Testing experience • Expert SQL skills for complex data validation • Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python Test Automation • Knowledge of Data Quality Frameworks like Great Expectations, dbt Tests, or pytest • Experience with multi-platform validation across Databricks, SQL Server, Vertica, or similar • Understanding of Agentic AI / GenAI Evaluation and Web Testing • Healthcare PHI Data Testing experience • Test Strategy, Risk-Based Coverage, Defect Management, and Azure Boards experience • Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication skills
