About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Application Support Engineer to support and enhance SaaS finance applications, working across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Key Responsibilities • Administer and configure Sage Intacct, Coupa, and BlackLine • Manage user roles, permissions, approval workflows, and configuration changes • Handle Coupa enhancements, including PO/requisition fields, approval chains, and vendor categorization • Build and maintain Workato recipes and integrations across finance applications • Support reporting requirements and troubleshoot application issues • Resolve L2 support tickets within SLA and coordinate L3 escalations • Maintain SOPs, configuration logs, and change documentation • Provide support for Navan and other finance-related tools Requirements • Experience in Finance Systems Administration or Business Systems • Hands-on administration experience in at least 2 of the following: Sage Intacct, Coupa, BlackLine • Good understanding of P2P and R2R processes • Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support Nice to Have • Workato recipe building or similar iPaaS experience • Coupa, Sage Intacct, or BlackLine certifications • Experience supporting mid-size SaaS companies • Exposure to Navan or other Travel & Expense (T&E) tools
