About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead strategic finance transformation initiatives and business process improvements. Key Responsibilities • Lead Finance transformation projects and strategic initiatives • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder expectations • Drive improvements across Corporate Finance and Accounting processes • Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams • Manage project risks, dependencies, and executive reporting • Coordinate UAT, training, change management, and business readiness • Promote operational efficiency and continuous process improvement Requirements • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience • Strong background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or FP&A • Experience managing Finance transformation and process improvement initiatives • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and finance operations • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
