About the Role We are looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter PLM Project Manager to join Tech Mahindra. This role involves leading business architecture and solution design for Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations. Key Responsibilities • Lead business architecture and solution design for Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations • Experience migrating PLM solutions from legacy systems to Teamcenter is highly preferred • Engage with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and future-state requirements • Define end-to-end PLM processes, including Product Development, Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, and Configuration Management • Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirement-gathering sessions • Drive functional solution design and collaborate with technical architects and development teams • Define Teamcenter data models, object structures, workflows, access controls, and governance frameworks • Support PLM migration, integrations, and Digital Thread initiatives involving ERP, CAD, and MES • Develop functional specifications, architecture documents, process flows, and user stories • Support testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities • Lead customer-facing discussions and mentor functional consultants Requirements • Strong Siemens Teamcenter PLM functional and business architecture experience • Experience in end-to-end PLM implementations • Prior PLM migration experience to Siemens Teamcenter • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance • Paid Time Off, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Sick Leave
