About the Role We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves monitoring expenditures, reviewing financial information, and supporting budget preparation for Medicaid programs. Key Responsibilities • Assist with monitoring APD-related expenditures and budgets • Review and validate financial information included in APD submissions • Maintain and update the Medicaid Detailed Budget Table (MDBT) • Support the preparation of APD budget tables and financial documentation • Gather and verify cost estimates from project teams and stakeholders Requirements • Experience executing against multiple priorities/projects • Demonstrated project management, training and facilitating experience • Prior MDBT development, budget or accounting experience • Experience writing, reviewing, or drafting financial narratives for APDs • Prior state government/public sector experience with health and human services programs • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience
