About the Role We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Engineer to support and enhance financial systems, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert. This role will lead the development and implementation of integrations, automated processes, SQL Server database solutions, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance financial systems, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert • Lead the development and implementation of integrations and automated processes • Develop SQL Server database solutions and financial reporting • Collaborate with Finance and Information Systems teams Requirements • 7–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications, and SQL Server databases • Strong expertise in Aderant Expert or a comparable financial management platform • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS • Experience with Visual Studio • Strong project ownership, analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to independently drive technical initiatives and optimize financial processes
