About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to help engineering teams adopt AI-driven software development practices and accelerate enterprise delivery. Key Responsibilities • Enable AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and context-driven delivery • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and UX teams • Build reusable prompt libraries, AI coding standards, and reference architectures • Implement AI quality validation, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls • Support legacy system knowledge extraction and semantic modeling • Introduce AI engineering toolchains, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps practices • Coach engineering teams and AI champions on best practices Requirements • 9+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, or platform engineering • Strong coding and solution architecture skills • Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or modern cloud technologies • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Replit • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, and GenAI platforms Good to Have • Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and semantic search • AWS, Azure, or GCP • MLOps/LLMOps and AI platform engineering • Financial services domain experience • Cloud certifications and team mentoring experience
