About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at Mphasis, focusing on Agentic AI and Enterprise Solutions in the Banking and Financial Services industry. Key Responsibilities • Partner with banking clients and business stakeholders to transform business needs into production-ready AI solutions • Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle—from discovery and architecture to development, deployment, and optimization • Build secure, scalable, enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications • Integrate AI solutions with complex enterprise systems • Act as a trusted technical advisor to business, product, engineering, and platform teams Requirements • Strong hands-on Java Development experience • AWS Cloud & AWS Bedrock expertise • Extensive Banking / Financial Services Domain experience • Proven Client-Facing Experience • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or n8n • Experience with LLMs and foundation models: Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, RAG, Memory Systems & Tool Integration • Understanding of Multi-Agent Orchestration, Guardrails & Human-in-the-Loop Workflows • Backend Development, REST APIs & Distributed Systems experience • AWS Bedrock-based enterprise AI application development experience • CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code & Cloud-Native Architecture experience • AI-assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
