About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team focused on Agentic AI and Enterprise Solutions. This role requires extensive experience in banking and financial services domain. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions • Design and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration • Build and deploy AI solutions from prototype and MVP through production • Integrate foundation models such as Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI with enterprise systems • Implement guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and fallback mechanisms • Develop intelligent CI/CD pipelines with automated security, compliance, and quality checks • Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, regulatory, and governance standards • Work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes Requirements • 10+ years of experience • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Java • Mandatory banking/financial services domain experience • Strong software engineering skills: backend development, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI-powered enterprise solutions • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, tool integration, and memory systems • Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, security, and governance • AWS + Bedrock + Java are mandatory • Banking domain experience is mandatory • Candidates must have 10+ years of experience and be available for 5 days onsite at one of the listed locations
