About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer with strong Retirement / Financial Services domain expertise and hands-on experience in application modernization and cloud engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement solutions for retirement and financial services applications
• Modernize legacy applications and migrate platforms
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct functional, UAT, and regression testing
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, Life Insurance, or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), retirement recordkeeping, participant services, and plan administration
• Experience with legacy application modernization and platform migration
• Hands-on experience with Azure, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Development
• Experience with Functional Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and Agentic SDLC practices
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and engineering teams
