About the Role We are looking for experienced Full Stack Application Developers to build and enhance portal user interfaces, business services, integrations, and module-specific workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive forms, dashboards, review screens, and submission workflows • Implement inline validation, pre-submission checks, previews, resubmissions, and historical report access • Build Excel, XML, and CSV upload processing with clear, actionable validation messages • Implement agency-approved calculations and verify results against reference data • Integrate REST APIs, PIN-signature functionality, invoicing/payment services, and document generation • Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot and resolve defects, and support deployments and technical documentation Requirements • 7+ years of application development experience • At least 3+ years with the selected backend stack • 2+ years with a modern frontend framework • React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and accessible UI development • ASP.NET Core, C#, REST API development, SQL, and PostgreSQL • JSON/XML processing and spreadsheet/CSV import handling • Authentication, role-based authorization, audit logging, and secure coding practices • Git, automated testing, Docker, and CI/CD participation • Strong full-stack development experience with both frontend and backend technologies
