About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, high-performance enterprise applications • Drive architecture decisions while actively contributing to frontend and backend development • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers Requirements • Strong frontend expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue, or Web Components • Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Go, or Python • Hands-on experience building and optimizing Spring-based microservices and Spark jobs • Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and end-to-end system design • Experience with state management, SSR, component libraries, and web performance optimization • Strong debugging and refactoring skills across complex enterprise applications • Experience with POCs, architecture design, and third-party integrations • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, API performance, database indexing, caching, and fault-tolerant systems
