About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable AI applications and systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Develop and deploy LLM-powered and Agentic AI applications • Work with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation • Improve retrieval or recommendation quality using measurable metrics • Maintain and monitor production models Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Development • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML • Strong Python, Machine Learning, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Statistics • Production experience building LLM-powered and Agentic AI applications • Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation • Experience improving retrieval or recommendation quality using measurable metrics • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS • Experience with Databricks, SageMaker, and MLflow • SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis • Experience with tracing, evaluations, guardrails, and production model monitoring • MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
