About the Role We are looking for Full-Stack Developers to join a digital transformation program, working on a live, cloud-native platform alongside our internal technology teams. You’ll develop, enhance, test, and maintain digital services and applications on an existing platform. Key Responsibilities • Build responsive, accessible front-end applications using Angular • Develop back-end services, REST APIs, and integrations on Cloud Run, managed through Apigee X • Digitise business workflows and support the development of online services • Write secure, scalable, maintainable code behind an edge/WAF layer • Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, and documentation • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, in-house developers, and stakeholders Requirements • Strong front-end and back-end development experience • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with demonstrable Angular experience (React accepted as transferable) • Production experience with a back-end runtime: Node.js/TypeScript preferred (Java or Python acceptable) • Solid REST API design and integration skills • PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) proficiency • Practical OAuth2/OIDC experience; familiarity with federated SSO (Entra ID) and Firebase Authentication • Git-based workflow with CI/CD; comfort with a build-once/promote-the-digest, multi-repo model • Secure development practices (OWASP Top 10) and awareness of WAF (Cloud Armor) and CDN (Fastly) Strongly Preferred • Google Cloud Platform experience (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Memorystore, Cloud Build) • WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility for user-facing services • Awareness of data-protection and data residency constraints • Test-automation depth Nice to Have • GCP Professional Cloud Developer certification
