About the Role Client is a clinical diagnostics remote instrument monitoring platform modernizing from a legacy stack to cloud-native technologies. You will build across IoT pipelines, instrument applets, software packaging, AI agents, and cloud dashboards with end-to-end ownership on a greenfield platform used by hospitals and labs worldwide. Key Responsibilities • Build MQTT, AMQP, and REST pipelines between instruments and cloud backend • Develop lightweight Windows/Linux edge applets for telemetry and update enforcement • Integrate instrument protocols and migrate from legacy stack • Create installer packaging (MSI/NSIS) for connected and air-gapped instrument channels • Implement delta-update mechanisms with rollback, version detection, and audit trails • Build and deploy AI agents using LangGraph, MCP, or LangChain • Develop RAG pipelines against instrument manuals and support knowledge bases • Create AI tooling for code generation, PR bots, and test scaffolding • Build React 19 UIs for dashboards, alerts, consumable tracking, and update status • Develop .NET 8 and Python backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven microservices • Write automated tests for regulated software releases Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software development • Strong experience with .NET 8, React 19, and cloud-native technologies • Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP) and edge computing • Knowledge of software packaging and distribution • Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangGraph, MCP, or LangChain • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions • Understanding of regulated software development (IEC 62304) • Strong background in full stack development
