About the Role We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who gets excited about building things from scratch. This role focuses on developing custom products in the energy sector, bridging complex business logic with clean code. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the technical lead on feature delivery • Work with an Agile team to design, implement, and maintain custom products • Bridge the gap between complex business logic and clean code • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders Requirements • 6+ years of experience in full stack development (focusing on the Microsoft toolset) • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture • Experience building enterprise tools or complex scheduling/workflow systems • Comfortable talking to non-technical stakeholders Bonus points if: • Experience in the Energy sector • Experience with ETL tools (SSIS) or reporting tools (Power BI) • Experience with apps having heavy printing requirements
