About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Accord Innovations. This role focuses on developing and supporting front-end and back-end website applications for the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities • Developing and supporting front-end and back-end website applications • Designing and developing APIs • Meeting both technical and consumer needs Requirements • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) for enterprise-grade backend development and WinForms/WPF for Windows Desktop Applications • Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and distributed architectures • Hands-on experience with Selenium, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and Git source control • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience in financial services, insurance, or other mission-critical enterprise environments is preferred • Good communication and teamwork skills
