About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in AI/ML solutions to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing AI applications with a focus on large language models and agentic AI. Key Responsibilities • Develop production AI applications with tracing, evaluations, and guardrails • Evaluate and optimize retrieval and recommendation quality • Work with vector databases and embeddings • Implement solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) Requirements • 7+ years in software development • 4+ years working on AI/ML solutions • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, ML, and information retrieval • Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and search technologies Preferred Skills • Experience with Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and recommendation/ranking models • NLP, document extraction, summarization, and reranking • Familiarity with agent frameworks and memory • Experience with Salesforce, financial services/payments, and model risk management • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, Svelte, Go, or Rust
