About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building full-stack applications using React, Power Platform, and AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Own projects end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and handover • Work directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions • Build full-stack applications and Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and AI agents • Develop Power Automate workflows and scalable data models • Design secure MCP integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications • Lead demos, communicate technical decisions, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development • Excellent communication skills are mandatory • Experience with React, TypeScript, and at least one backend technology — C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Experience with API and Database Development: REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, custom connectors, and data modelling • Experience building AI agents/LLM-powered features and developing or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers • Practical use of AI coding tools for development, testing, and documentation while maintaining code quality • Experience with DevOps and ALM: Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI deployments
