About the Role Southwest Airlines is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team. This role requires strong hands-on coding experience in building cloud-native applications on AWS. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS • Utilize Terraform, Python, AWS Lambda, MTE, and Kafka • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps • Develop REST APIs and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases • Collaborate with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • 12+ years of Full Stack Development experience • Strong recent hands-on coding and development experience • Expertise in Terraform, Python, AWS Lambda, MTE, Kafka, and CI/CD • Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and Angular • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Note: Candidates must have strong, recent hands-on experience in all the must-have skills listed above. Profiles with primarily Lead/Manager-level experience or lacking the required technical skills will not be considered.
