About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, microservices, event-driven architecture, and customer data platforms to build scalable customer profile services supporting 400M+ profiles. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable customer profile services • Develop with Java 17+ and Spring Boot • Implement full-stack solutions with React.js / Angular and TypeScript • Design microservices architecture and distributed systems • Create REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC services • Develop cloud-native applications with AWS / GCP • Work with distributed databases including Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis Requirements • Strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot development experience • Full-stack engineering with React.js / Angular and TypeScript • Microservices architecture and distributed systems knowledge • Customer Data Platform (CDP) and customer profile management experience • Real-time data processing and event-driven systems expertise • Apache Kafka and CDC pipelines using Debezium or equivalent • REST APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC development • Cloud-native development with AWS / GCP • Distributed databases: Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experience • Identity resolution, profile stitching, and data synchronization skills
