About the Role We are looking for a backend engineer who can also work on the frontend for our client Flylance, a US-based team. This role involves owning features end to end, including the service, data layer, and deployment path. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate Node.js + TypeScript services • Implement PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and query optimization • Work with queues and event-driven systems • Utilize Redis or similar caching in production • Configure AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD • Diagnose production issues through logs, metrics, and traces Requirements • 4+ years of experience building production software with real backend ownership • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, queues, Redis, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD • Strong professional English skills for working with US stakeholders Benefits • Opportunity to work on end-to-end features • Collaboration with a US-based team
