About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining full-stack applications with a focus on Java backend and Angular/React frontend. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications • Support UI, backend, deployments, and application security • Maintain test coverage and resolve security issues • Use AI tools effectively while validating code quality and system impact • Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment Requirements • 8–12+ years of experience in full-stack development • Strong skills in Java backend development • Experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and GitLab • Experience with Automated Testing, Unit Testing, and Security Remediation • Ability to use AI-Assisted Development Tools (Amazon Q / Q Developer) • Local DC/VA/MD candidates only • Glider assessment required before submission • Technical interview and final onsite interview in Rockville are mandatory
