About the Role We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to build and run production AI agents. This role involves developing TypeScript agents and services on AWS using Strands or LangGraph and AI SDKs. Key Responsibilities • Build and run production AI agents • Design agent behavior and sandbox agents • Write evals for AI-driven processes • Make agents observable with metrics and logs • Run infrastructure and pipelines • Handle integrations and use AI for code development • Review AI-written changes rigorously • Enable other teams and build necessary surfaces for agents • Document processes with diagrams and records Requirements • Experience with LLM features in production • Strong production TypeScript and Node skills • Working proficiency in Python • AWS serverless experience • Infrastructure as code with Terraform • Hands-on experience with NoSQL and SQL stores • Observability design and debugging skills • CI/CD proficiency, ideally with GitLab CI/CD • AI-assisted development experience • Fluent written and spoken English
