About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and technical leadership capabilities to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications • Lead and mentor full stack development teams • Conduct code reviews and implement engineering best practices • Drive end-to-end technical architecture and delivery • Manage stakeholder communication effectively Requirements • 10+ years of experience in full stack development • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Redux • Extensive backend development experience with Node.js • Strong experience building applications using Next.js • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Strong understanding of system design and scalable application architecture • Experience in frontend/backend performance optimization • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web security, and accessibility standards • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira • Must be hands-on with coding, not limited to project management
