About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and technical leadership capabilities to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development • Lead and mentor full stack development teams • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices • Drive end-to-end technical architecture and delivery Requirements • 10+ years of experience in full stack development • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Redux • Extensive backend development experience with Node.js • Strong experience building applications using Next.js • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Strong understanding of system design and scalable application architecture • Experience in frontend/backend performance optimization • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web security, and accessibility standards • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira • Experience leading and mentoring full stack development teams • Strong code review and engineering best practices • Ability to drive end-to-end technical architecture and delivery • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Must be hands-on with coding, not limited to project management Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader capable of managing architecture, contributing to development, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications.
