About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and supporting .NET applications and services in production. Key Responsibilities • Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications and services in production • Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis • Analyze application logs, debug code, and identify underlying technical issues • Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents • Communicate issue status, resolutions, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and production support procedures • Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities Requirements • Strong experience with C# and .NET development • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core • Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills • Experience with root-cause analysis, incident response, and application log analysis
