About the Role We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to support enterprise applications for State of Iowa programs. This role requires strong C#/.NET, front-end development, UI/UX implementation, and web accessibility skills. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Material • Implement UI/UX best practices, usability principles, and enterprise design systems • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards • Perform accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS and axe • Work with REST APIs, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and enhance existing enterprise applications Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C# • Front-end development and UI/UX implementation experience • Practical experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and accessibility testing • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, and responsive design • Experience with enterprise design systems and Azure DevOps • Recent experience with modern development practices Preferred • Angular, AWS, government or healthcare applications • Accessibility certifications such as DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, or CPACC
