About the Role The State of Iowa is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer for a 7+ month contract position. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, with a focus on creating accessible and responsive applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain .NET and C# applications • Implement frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards are met • Design and develop UI/UX elements with responsive design • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Work with SQL Server, REST APIs, and middleware • Provide enterprise application production support Requirements • Portfolio or code samples demonstrating frontend and UI work • Hands-on accessibility testing experience using tools such as JAWS and axe • Recent experience with modern development frameworks and best practices • Experience handling sensitive or classified data
