About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications • Configure case management workflows, business rules, decision strategies, and application logic • Develop and maintain rules, data pages, data transforms, activities, flows, and UI components • Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimize performance • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and development best practices • Support application deployments, production releases, and ongoing enhancements Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development expertise • Extensive experience with Pega PRPC and Pega Platform • Strong knowledge of case management, workflow design, and business rules • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise application connectivity • Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and application troubleshooting • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Pega certification is preferred
