About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer with a focus on .NET and front-end development to support and enhance enterprise applications serving Iowans across state programs. This role requires hands-on experience with modern best practices and the ability to build both backend and user-facing front end solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain .NET backend systems • Develop user-facing front end interfaces • Implement modern best practices in development • Support enterprise production applications • Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Strong .NET and C# development experience • Strong front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • Demonstrated UX and UI knowledge • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations • Accessibility certification or equivalent formal training • Experience supporting government or healthcare systems is desired • Experience with Angular, GitHub, and AWS services • Experience modernizing existing applications Benefits • Opportunity to work on enterprise applications serving Iowans • Hands-on role with modern best practices • Support for accessibility standards • Experience with government systems
