About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a fast-paced front-office environment in New York City on a hybrid model, working directly with traders, quants, and business leaders. Key Responsibilities • Design and build high-performance applications supporting trade capture, order management, execution, pricing, risk, and market data • Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core • Craft modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular and/or React • Build scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems handling real-time, high-volume data • Partner closely with front-office stakeholders to translate complex trading workflows into reliable technical solutions • Drive architecture, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps Requirements • 12+ years of professional software engineering with C# and .NET • Hands-on proficiency with Angular or React (TypeScript/JavaScript) • Strong background in REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server optimization, and SOLID principles • Proven experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading, or Brokerage, with a solid grasp of asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives) and the trade lifecycle • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technology and trading desks
