About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on front-end development and accessibility. This role requires extensive experience with .NET technologies and accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop front-end applications using .NET, C#, and related technologies • Implement accessibility features according to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards • Conduct accessibility testing using tools like JAWS and axe • Work with enterprise design systems and responsive design principles • Maintain and support enterprise production systems Requirements • 10+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web Forms • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • Expertise in UI/UX design, responsive design, and usability principles • Formal accessibility training and experience with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 • Experience with accessibility testing tools (JAWS, axe, etc.) • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, and middleware • Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end development and UI work
