About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to develop, enhance, test, and maintain complex enterprise web applications for a California public-sector organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, test, and maintain complex enterprise web applications • Implement solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC • Utilize JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML for front-end development • Manage advanced Microsoft SQL Server tasks including complex queries, stored procedures, joins, and data validation • Develop automated testing frameworks and reusable test libraries • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and load testing • Script with Java, Python, Shell, or similar languages • Manage defect-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM, or JAM • Apply knowledge of SDLC, root-cause analysis, test documentation, and requirements gathering Requirements • 8+ years of .NET application development and SQL Server experience within the last 10 years • 5+ years of automated testing, regression testing, test environment management, and test documentation • 5+ years of defect management, test case development, and requirements-to-test-case mapping • 3+ years of SQL-based data manipulation, reporting, and validation • Strong experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC • Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills • Experience developing automated testing frameworks • Proficiency in various testing methodologies • Scripting experience with Java, Python, Shell, or similar languages • Experience with defect-tracking tools • Strong knowledge of SDLC, root-cause analysis, test documentation, and requirements gathering
