About the Role We are seeking experienced Full Stack Technical Leads to join a large-scale implementation project within the Clinical/Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, proven technical leadership experience, and the ability to build scalable, cloud-native applications in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Angular and Python. • Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and development best practices. • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, and Reactive Forms. • Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy. • Implement real-time collaboration features using WebSockets and event-driven architectures. • Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Drive code reviews, performance optimization, and mentoring of development teams. • Deploy and manage applications within AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack application and production issues. • Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices. Requirements • 7+ years of full-stack software/product engineering experience. • Strong hands-on expertise with Angular 17+/19.x, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, Reactive Forms & State Management, WebSockets and real-time application development. • Strong backend development experience with Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy/ORM, Async programming and job processing. • Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL databases. • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/EKS. • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines. • Proven technical leadership and client-facing experience.
