About the Role We are looking for a Lead Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture and design authority for Enterprise AI Portal. This role will connect Microsoft 365 user experiences with secure Azure services, Power Platform governance workflows, a centralized Azure API Management gateway, and consolidated Power BI reporting while providing credible onshore technical leadership, scope control, and delivery oversight. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement secure API gateways, REST integrations, usage metering, quotas, telemetry, and private connectivity • Guide data-ingestion and Power BI architecture, including semantic models, row-level security, and refresh patterns • Provide executive communication, architecture facilitation, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills • Lead distributed onshore and offshore engineering teams Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline • 8+ years of software or cloud solution delivery experience, including 3+ years as a Solution, Cloud, or Enterprise Architect • Proven ownership of production architectures combining Azure and Microsoft 365 services • Strong Azure architecture experience with API Management, App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, VNets/private endpoints, Managed Identity, App Insights, and Log Analytics • Strong identity and security knowledge across Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, secretless patterns, and least privilege • Architecture-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, SPFx, Viva Connections, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Experience with Bicep or equivalent Azure IaC and Azure DevOps CI/CD across multiple environments • Experience designing enterprise AI platforms, Azure OpenAI integrations, AI governance controls, or LLM usage and spend attribution • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 Copilot reporting, OpenAI or ChatGPT Enterprise admin APIs, and FreshService integration • Microsoft certification such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert • Experience with threat modelling, architecture review boards, FinOps, API product governance, and production support or hypercare
