About the Role We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer/Architect to join our team. This role focuses on driving practical AI adoption across engineering, product, and QA teams. Key Responsibilities • Coach engineering, product, and QA teams on practical AI adoption • Drive Gen AI integration across development, testing, CI/CD, and operations • Develop AI playbooks, prompt standards, reusable templates, and reference architectures • Conduct hands-on workshops, training, and enablement sessions • Build rapid AI prototypes and reusable engineering patterns • Establish responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance practices • Track measurable outcomes such as cycle time, defects, test coverage, and operational stability Requirements • 10+ years of software development, platform engineering, or technology consulting experience • Strong Gen AI / AI engineering / developer productivity background • Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants • Strong understanding of SDLC/PDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and cloud platforms • Experience in enterprise and/or regulated environments • Excellent coaching, communication, and change-leadership skills
