About the Role We are looking for an experienced Gen AI with Java Developer with strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise Java application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready AI solutions, microservices, and cloud-native applications, preferably in the banking or financial services domain. Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy Gen AI solutions and AI agent frameworks using AWS Bedrock • Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLM capabilities into enterprise applications • Develop scalable Java microservices and Kafka-based integrations • Optimize AI model performance, reliability, and cost • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Java development • Strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, Generative AI, and LLMs • Experience with RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Apache Kafka • Knowledge of Spring AI, Apache Camel, Fuse ESB • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone • Skills in React JS, Oracle, and Apache Spark • Experience with TDD, BDD, DDD, Cucumber, and SonarQube
