About the Role We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our Tech Squad focused on developing customer experiences in a new banking app. This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract with potential to extend. Key Responsibilities • Work with highly collaborative teams and technology vendors to support integration of technologies • Implement robust and scalable systems emphasizing on designing and delivering as per established standards • Coach other engineers and team members to increase their capability • Maintain focus on personal development of soft skills Requirements • Experience working with Go, GCP, Python, C#, Java, React • Ability to learn quickly and draw meaningful conclusions from independent research • Expertise in managing projects and solving complex problems • Confident understanding of engineering principles, data structures and algorithms • Leadership experience • Strong customer-focus mindset, preferably with retail banking experience
