About the Role We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst with strong Business Operations capabilities and expertise in the US Healthcare – Clinical Diagnostics / Laboratory Services domain. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to clinical diagnostics and lab operations • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and compliance teams • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies • Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements • Drive process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain • Mandatory experience in Clinical Diagnostics / Laboratory Services • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows: Order Entry, Sample Processing, Result Reporting • Experience with HL7, LIS, EHR / EMR systems • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills • Experience creating Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Process Flows • Experience with Gap Analysis, Impact Assessments, and UAT • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience working with Lab Operations, Clinicians, IT, Compliance, Sales Force, and Product Operations teams • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
