About the Role We are looking for a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing healthcare systems and data. Key Responsibilities • Analyze healthcare domain requirements • Develop and implement SQL solutions • Work with Medicare systems and data • Utilize Azure and Azure Databricks for data processing • Perform data mapping and integration • Conduct UAT and data quality validation • Ensure HL7 / FHIR and CMS interoperability • Create reports using Power BI / Tableau Requirements • 8+ years of experience in healthcare systems analysis • Strong SQL skills • Medicare domain knowledge • Experience with Azure and Azure Databricks • Healthcare Payer / MCO experience • HEDIS / NCQA reporting knowledge • Healthcare Claims, Eligibility & Provider Data experience • Data Mapping & Data Integration skills • UAT & Data Quality Validation experience • HL7 / FHIR & CMS Interoperability knowledge • Power BI / Tableau experience
