About the Role We are seeking a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role requires expertise in healthcare IT systems and data analysis. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and implement healthcare business systems • Work with HEDIS and NCQA standards • Manage healthcare data using SQL and data lake technologies • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau Requirements • 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience • 3+ years of HEDIS / NCQA experience • Healthcare data management and data lake experience • Experience with Power BI / Tableau • Knowledge of Claims, Eligibility, Provider & Clinical data • Azure and Databricks experience
