About the Role We are urgently hiring a HealthRules Payer (HRP) Migration Architect to lead complex migration projects in the healthcare payer space. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end core claims migration to HealthRules Payer (HRP) • Design and implement healthcare payer architecture and claims adjudication solutions • Manage data migration, ETL processes, data mapping, and reconciliation • Ensure compliance with HIPAA X12 EDI standards including 837, 835, 834, 820, 270/271 • Develop integrations, cutover plans, and ensure go-live stabilization Requirements • 10+ years of experience in healthcare payer systems • 5+ years of hands-on HealthRules Payer (HRP) experience • Proven track record of leading at least one end-to-end core claims migration to HRP • Strong understanding of healthcare payer architecture and claims adjudication • Expertise in data migration, ETL, data mapping, and reconciliation • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI standards • Experience with integrations, cutover planning, and go-live stabilization
